How it works

How the conversion estimate is calculated.

Your monthly visitors multiplied by your current conversion rate gives today’s conversions; multiplied by your average order or lead value, that is your current revenue.

The improvement is relative: a 20% improvement on a 1.5% conversion rate gives 1.8%. The calculator applies the new rate to the same traffic and shows the extra conversions and revenue per month and per year.

Because it uses the traffic you already have, conversion improvements are often one of the most cost-effective ways to grow.

Common ways to lift conversions

  • Clearer value proposition above the fold
  • Faster pages, especially on mobile
  • Shorter, simpler forms and checkout
  • Reviews and trust signals near the action
  • Testing headlines, offers and layouts
